Thank you for considering our cabin for your next getaway. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD AS MOST QUESTIONS CAN BE ANSWED INCLUDING AVAILABILITY, PRICING ANS PROXIMITY TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK. The Cabin is located in the High Sierras at 7000' elevation and borders National Forest. There are numerous outdoor activities in close proximity. Lake, stream and fly fishing, hunting, hiking, backpacking, dirt bike/quad riding, the list is endless. It is located on the Scenic Byway. The cabin is approx 15 miles from Bass Lake with all the amenities of a resort lake. All types of boats and personal watercraft available for rental as well as restaurants/bars and gift shops. Yosemite National Park entrance is approx 30 miles or 45 minutes and Yosemite Valley is about 1.5 hours from the cabin and offers breathtaking beauty.

Misc info: PLEASE NOTE, this cabin is 'off the grid' meaning there is no phone, TV or cell service available(cell service available less than 5 miles away). There is a small TV and DVD player for movies. It is a fully functioning cabin with electric power supplied by a generator and there are also propane lights in all rooms. There is a propane fridge and hot water heater. Cabin is only 4 years old and very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a getaway with endless outdoor recreation opportunities this may be for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the remote location and the accessibility to laundry facilities, guests need to provide their own linens/towels etc. Comforters/blankets and pillows provided. There is a $75 cleaning fee.

I have lived in the Oakhurst/Bass Lake area for over 35 years. My wife and I have 4 kids ages 11, 16, 19 and 23. We are an outdoor/sports family and are extremely active in both summer and winter sports.

This beautiful cabin is in the 'High Country' of the Sierra National Forest. It is completely 'off the grid' meaning there is no phone, TV or cell service available. However, It is a fully functional cabin with electricity supplied by generator, propane lights in all rooms and cell service approx 4 miles away. It has a propane stove/oven/hot water heater and a propane fridge. There is a small TV and a DVD player for movies and board and card games in the cabin. If you want to relax and 'get away from it all', this is the place to be. Please be advised, because of the remote location of the property, linens(sheets, towels etc) are not supplied with the rental. There is plenty of pillows, covers and comforters. If needed, an outside service will provide the linens/towels for a $75 charge. I would need at leasts a 1 week notice to arrange for that service.

Thank-you for the use of your beautiful cabin. My wife and I were amazed at not only your wife's decor, but her attention to detail with providing all the necessities. This cabin literally had everything included, as we really only needed to bring sheets and wash towels. The propane lights worked like a charm and only had to use the generator maybe a total of 2-3 hours during our stay. The cabin was very clean, and the customer service was outstanding. I hope you stay in touch. By the way...our daughter didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Designed House

Beautifully designed house. Well equipped kitchen. After first night we did not need the generator. Peaceful and quiet. We had a great time and will come again.

Spectacular Time

Spectacular time in your lovely cabin. We had one of our best vacations ever and can't wait to return! We loved hiking Fresno Dome and all the local little day hikes through meadows and forests and even got to spend a day in Yosemite. Thank you for all the great memories. Cheers!
