Aloha and welcome to our beautiful Maui BEACHFRONT complex located in sunny Kihei at Nani Kai Hale.

This unit is newly remodeled with 2 full bathrooms (one with walking shower and one with a full deep soaking tub). This luxurious condo offers FREE high speed internet, bamboo floors throughout, crown molding detail, and all new furniture. The bedding provided is a pillow top queen size and very comfortable. You will fall sleep easily on the high count cotton sheets. Beautiful cherrywood stained hangers (not the plastic hangers) are provided to keep your clothes hung nicely. All of the linens, pillows, dishes, etc. are changed out annually. Enjoy the 42' flat screen TV and DVD/CD Player.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all brand new dinnerware, storage containers, glassware, bakeware, etc.

We also provide 2 sets of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler.

SECURE AND CONVENIENT: This unit is one of a few that provides a secure keyless door entry. A secure code is provided prior to your arrival and changed out with each guest.

LOCATION: This Maui beach front condo is located at Nani Kai Hale Resort and is less than 10 miles from the airport, it is centrally located to all of your island activities on Maui.

The grounds at Nani Kai Hale are well manicured and constantly maintained. There are lounge chairs beach front either at the pool or front lawn. The best part of all of this is THE BEACH! It is the longest uninterrupted sandy beach in all of Maui!! There is a great reef close by to do some snorkeling and swimming with the turtles.

We require a 25% deposit to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel BEFORE 60 days you will receive full refund minus $150 admin fee.

What makes this condo unique

The convenience of being right at the beach. It's centrally located to any activity on the island. It sits on one of the longest walking beaches...pure sand...not all lava rocks. There is also a great snorkeling reef that you can swim to and swim with the turtles.

The condo was well furnished and comfy. Construction was going on next door which made it noisy during the day both in the unit and on the beach. Long stretch of private beach to the north which is great for walks. We enjoyed the key code door access so we didn't need to carry around a key. Would consider this condo again next time.

My boyfriend and I were both burnt from work. Luckily, tickets went on sale, so we booked a last minute trip to Maui. Unfortunately, most of the island was all booked up! We came across Sue's plantation style condo and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It didn't seem like a cookie cutter stale hotel room - lots of light, and comfortable. And most of all, relaxing! The pictures don't lie. When we got there, it was perfect. Two really nice clean bathrooms, big couch (we didn't use), cute kitchen (used a lot) and the patio overlooking the water and sunset. The top floor view was pretty awesome. Location wise, it was close enough to grocery stores/farmers markets, but far enough to feel secluded and special. Would definitely stay again :). Thank you Sue for being flexible and hosting us!

This was a great unit to rent! Everything was as described, the condo was clean, and well equipped! Great sunsets from the Lanai, lots of whales too. We thought it was a good central location which was perfect for us, right on the beach, however it was a bit remote from all the Kihei action, so a car is definitely needed!
I would rent that property again in a heartbeat!

Really enjoyed this condo - good location, well equipped, nice reno. Property was well described in listing. wonderful beach right out front and close to a lot of attractions without being in the middle of the busy part of Kihie. If you want to walk out of your condo and have dinner it will be quite a walk but we enjoyed the fact it was out of the way a little bit.

Well maintained building. Nicely renovated unit with a good set up for a couple. Great accessible beach, friendly people in the building both visitors and owners alike. We liked the location. It had great access to the islands road network and short distance to commercial area. It is a private location when compared to many areas of Kihei Road.
When sleeping with the windows open you do hear the traffic but you get used to it.
What can you say Maui is just a wonderful place and we would come back.
