1 bedroom loft, 1 bath, sleeps 4

The chalet built in 2002 and updated in 2011 has 756 sq ft. It includes a great room with queen sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs, large flat screen TV, stereo, CD/DVD, wi-fi and ipod connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes washer and dryer. The charming loft includes a queen bed, fans, etc. All linens and towels are furnished. The front deck has swing and chairs looking out at the Art District stores. A table, chairs and BBQ are available in the rear. We also have a 2BR chalet with a covered walkway between the chalets. Our chalet is located 2 blocks east of the Court House in historic downtown Prescott. Nightly free entertainment can be enjoyed on the Court House steps Tuesday - Saturday nights. The area also offers blues festivals, jazz festivals, arit festivsals, museums, casinos, rodeo, antique shopping and 450 miles of hiking and biking trials with 5 lakes. Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and Phoenix are great day trips. Back in Prescott walk to Wiskey Row, great entertainment, restaurants and shopping..

We were delighted with the property, comfortable and quaint. Perfect location, a short, easy walk to shops and restaurants. The owners were helpful and very nice. If you want a quite place in the heart of town, this is it....

A wonderfully fun, clean, and convenient to downtown place to stay. The 1 Bedroom chalet was perfect for our needs and within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Off street and safe parking was available for our vehicle. Highly recommend Rosa's Pizzeria which is located right around the corner.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
