A Spanish-style retreat that is just Blocks from the Pier, Beach, Restaurants and Shops in Historic Downtown San Clemente. You can comfortably Sleep 6 with two Queen-size Bedrooms and a Queen-size futon in the Living Room. The house has 1 ½ Baths, Washer and Dryer, and includes a recently Updated Kitchen with All New Appliances.

The Living Room includes a Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, DVD/VCR and CD and AM/FM Stereo System. Also included is High Speed Internet Access and Satellite TV. You will find beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys for your enjoyment at the beach.

The House is a historic Ole Hanson Spanish-style home with hard wood floors throughout and an open floor plan in the main living area. Bedrooms are private and comfortably furnished with new beds and linens. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay and you can enjoy dining inside or BBQ out on the patio. Garage parking for two cars is a real plus at the beach!

The House is centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego so there are unlimited activities close by. There is San Juan Capistrano with the Mission San Juan, Laguna Beach with its many art galleries and events, and Dana Point with the harbor offering Whale Watching and boat trips to Catalina Island. Don’t forget the many Theme Parks like SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios Hollywood and Six Flags Magic Mountain, all within driving distance.

Or, you can take a short walk and enjoy a stroll on the beach trail, sunbathing, surfing, shopping at the Farmer’s Market or the many shops along Avenida Del Mar, visiting the Library or Casa Romantica, golfing at the local golf course, fishing on the pier, or dining at the many wonderful restaurants in town. You can even jump on the Amtrak Surfliner and take a ride up the coast. There is literally something for everyone!
