My husband and I stayed in this condo at the beginning of april.We enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the living room and balcony were great. It is stocked with everything that we needed.The location was awesome,close to the beach and the town, it was so nice to be able to walk to dinner.The pool area was very nice and very comfortable.The owners were so receptive to all of our questions, and provided detailed info about the condo.

Perfect. Absolutely perfect!

This condo is perfect! It's extremely close to the beach (within a block or so), plenty of room inside (2 bedrooms plus a pullout couch bed), a kitchen with everything you need to cook with, 2 bathrooms (great for people with kids, like us), covered parking, and an amazing view of the ocean. We had high hopes for the condo when we reserved it, and it exceeded those expectations. If this condo is available the week you want it, book it now. The price, location, view...everything is perfect. You won't regret it.

The location of this condo was ideal! Easy to find from the highway. Great views from the 3rd floor unit. Very private and safe. Rooms were large, kitchen was well supplied. At night we cracked the window and could hear the waves splashing and the seals barking. Morning walks on the beach were pleasant since all we had to do was grab our cup of coffee, walk downstairs and about 500 ft to the sand! Close proximity to La Jolla Cove with it's many shops and restaurants and paths to walk. Also within driving distance but not far is Balboa Park and The San Diego Harbor. This was a great rental and would love to return to this condo.

Exactly as advertised and pictured

My fiance and I stayed at the condo for one week in early November 2011. It was relatively easy to find with the rental car GPS. Apartment is spacious, clean and close to the beach - beats being cramped in a little hotel room. We didn't use the second bedroom at all, but would be good for families with kids. Having covered parking was a real plus - no need to look for street parking at night. The garage was tricky to find - it is not across the street as I initially thought, but on the on opposite side of the same block. But the garage access door in elevator lobby was super convenient. Kitchen was nice and well-equipped, although we had to search for certain items. Had a great view of the sunset from the living room and balcony. La Jolla is a beautiful area, and we had a wonderful time in San Diego.

Completely Satisfied!

We just stayed at this condo and were SO happy with everything! The location is so perfect, close to beach and playground for kids, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I agree with another review, as we had young children too, I was scared of the white carpet, but we were fine. We had everything we needed, and it was very clean upon arrival. I'd stay again in a heartbeat, we were sad to leave! Thanks Stephanie!
