The apartment overlooks one of the two swimming pools set among the mature tropical gardens. Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and coastal town tours from the landscaped terrace adjoining the children’s pool area. The complex has 24hour manned security, underground private car parking linked by lifts to the front door. Marbella centre is 5 minutes away by car, taxi cost is €5. Bahia de Marbella is 5km east of Marbella and 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport

Notes: Superbly situated front-line beach apartment, ideal for families and golfers looking for a quiet up-market area close to Marbella. Arenas is a well-designed, small, low-rise complex comprising apartments and houses three storeys high. It boasts magnificently landscaped mature gardens. The complex is U shaped, having two swimming pools, one being a children’s pool. The beach is accessed through gates at the bottom of the complex as seen in the photograph from the terrace. You can sunbathe on the communal terrace in the afternoon or by the pool all day, or if it takes your fancy, walk down to the beach where there are miles of sanded beaches. There is a restaurant located on the beach beside the complex, with many more dotted on the beach in both directions. The nearest supermarket is 2km. Gibraltar is just over one hour’s drive via the motor way which is within 5km of the complex. There are also three top quality golf courses adjacent to the complex with very reasonable green fees.

There are two tennis complexes within 5 minutes drive, and the superb 5-Star Los Monteros Hotel is within 1km. In winter time, the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, beside Grenada, is 2 hours drive. All equipment can be hired. Puerto Benus is just a short drive away. There are many excursions to be had to Ronda, Seville, and Selwo Safari Park. There are equestrian centers, a horse racing track, amusement parks, water parks and Morocco can be easily accessed for a day trip. There is a regular bus service along the main road, 5 minutes walk from the complex.
