Built new in 2003, updated in 2011, our home is located in the prestigious Little Tuscany area of Palm Springs. This 2300 square foot architecturally designed home looks out over a private lighted courtyard with heated pool and spa, offering spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

The spacious great room floor plan, influenced by Crate and Barrel design, is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. A granite counter top kitchen features a cooking island with gas cook top and Jen Air grill, plus bar style seating. Expandable cherry wood dining table provides ample room for eight. The kitchen is totally stocked with utensils, appliances, and abundant cookware, dishware, silverware.

The contemporary living room, including gas log fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa with plush mattress, has a 47' HD TV with DVD. The stereo system with IPod/MP3 input provides musical entertainment. Wireless high speed internet is provided throughout the house and patio ... and free unlimited long distance calling to the U.S., Canada. The two master suites are well furnished and each have their own baths. One (with king size bed), with its own complete entertainment center, opens to the pool and courtyard with full mountain views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms now have 32' LED HDTVs.

There is a 'plus room' off the garage that has two twin beds in it (it's detached from the main part of the house and you must go through the garage to access the room. It is air conditioned, has phone and cable TV, but no bath).

There is a single space garage with automatic opener.

Pool service (twice a week) is included. Gardening service is also provided. Maid service is available but is additional.

Our home is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of several top rated restaurants and nightclubs (The Riviera, Billy Reed's, Rick's, Cowboy Barbecue & Toucans) and it's only a short three minute drive to additional downtown attractions and the Spa Casino in the heart of Palm Springs. Excellent shopping is a short drive away (including the Cabazon Outlets about 15 minutes away and Palm Desert Shopping Center, 20 minutes). We use our home primarily as a vacation rental, so it is maintained in impeccable condition. We have many repeat guests who say they return because of the views, the pool/spa/patio, the layout and quality features of the home, and the location.

Maximum occupancy of six (including children and infants) is strictly enforced. Minimum age for primary renter is 25.

About Dan Adams

We are a couple in our 50s, recently retired (one a former TV reporter, the other a former real estate agent). In 2008, we sold our home in northern California and moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We have kept our 'vacation home' in Palm Springs which we visit on occasion and rent out (as a vacation rental) at other times.

Palm Springs is a popular tourist destination with perfect weather year round. It's a small town with amenities you find in much larger cities. Recreation, shopping, and dining opportunities are abundant, but most of the time it's just cool to hang by the pool.

What makes this house unique

This is a 2300 square foot custom built home in an established neighborhood. We bought it during construction so we were able to put in all the upgrades and fine details we expect in a home. The layout, with the pool in the front of the house in a private courtyard, provides for some of the most amazing mountain views available at any home we have ever seen in Palm Springs. We are gourmet cooks and because we spend some time in this home, it is completely equipped with all cooking utensils, appliances, pots and pans you would expect in a cook's kitchen.

Exceptional Stay in Palm Springs!

We visited this home for a fun, relaxing girls weekend and it was everything we wanted and more! The home is designed with a wall surrounding the perimeter which gave us tons of privacy when BBQ'ing and relaxing by the pool. Yet it still had stunning views of the mountains. It was only about a mile or 2 to all the fun restaurants and shops in Palm Springs (we took an uber and only paid about $10 to get to everything). The kitchen was a dream to cook in, fully stocked- we just had to bring the food! The rooms were something out of a 5 star hotel, stocked with towels and plenty of closet space to unpack. I would absolutely recommend this home for anything from a romantic get-away for 2 to a fun group event. For 6 people the price was more than reasonable and MUCH more luxurious and comfortable than any hotel you would find in the area!

Dan was an excellent person to talk to. He was very welcoming, I stayed there for 2 nights. The house was extremely clean and extremely nice. I would defiantly go back to the property whenever I decide to go back to Palm Springs. The house was located right behind the strip close to markets restaurants bars casino etc. I would highly recommend everyone to stay there. This property was wonderful! It felt like a private resort and was convenient to everything that is Palm Springs. Even better than the property is the owner, Dan Adams. From the initial contact, he takes a transparent and genuine interest in making your stay exceptional. He provides personal, direct contact info and encourages questions no matter how minute (we took him up on this numerous times?). I highly recommend this property and locale-lots to do and see but also a great place to just relax by the pool and spa!

I would certainly recommend this property for a great Holiday. The pool area is very nice! There could have been a couple more loungers to accommodate 4 people but other then that it was a great outdoor space (Great mountain views). The Kitchen area was outstanding for fixing meals and socializing! It was so nice to walk outside in the back yard to pick a fresh lemon or grapefruit off the trees. The beds were very comfortable!! Dan (the owner) and Kevin (Property Manager) were very accommodating. Thanks Dan for the waffle iron!!! it came in very handy for one of our yummy breakfast. A wonderful Holiday in Palm Springs, we would definitely go back. I would recommend you buy toilet paper at the store before arriving for a week

The views, location, fruit trees, amenities, and upkeep of the house are several of the things that have drawn guests back to our home repeatedly. As for the toilet paper, we have found that six rolls is usually sufficient for four people for one week. Should you return and find the home lacking in any supply, please notify us immediately. It is our desire to make sure every visit is perfect on every level.

My husband and I enjoyed 10 sun filled days in Palm Springs while staying at Dan's lovely home. The house is spacious, private and has a wonderful mountain view. It was immaculately clean and maintained (both the gardener and the pool man were there during our stay). Plus we enjoyed lemons and grapefruit from the garden trees. And it was nice to be greeted with a basket of cheese, crackers, sweets and wine upon our arrival.
