This newly renovated 3 bedroom oceanfront cottage sleeps 8 and is discounted the week of 7/13 for a special rate of $2395 + tax or the week of 8/10 for a special rate of $2195 + tax. A contract is required as well as a $500 refundable secuity deposit and a $50 + tax admin fee. For more info or reservations please call 24/7; someone is on desk 24/7.

Enjoy newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront cottage 282 in Kill Devil Hills. This non-smoking oceanfront rental is the perfect place to bring your family for their Outer Banks vacation.

Enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths and a flat screen TV in each bedroom as well as the living room. Your family will enjoy the spacious living room/kitchen area and while you dine from your kitchen table you'll have oceanviews! Or sit outside & enjoy the view from your oceanfront deck. This rental also features a dishwasher & a stacked washer/dryer.

Linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases) are provided for your stay. Pool privileges are available at our adjacent property where you check in. Cottage 282 is the upstairs part of a duplex (downstairs is #911286) so you may rent 1 floor or both for your getaway!

Additional Information: Pets are not allowed on this property. All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy this rental unless they are a family unit. Cottage is located 1/2 mile south of the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil HIlls.

We enjoyed our stay at your beach house! Everything was neat and clean and we appreciated that! It was great being close to the beach. I'd recommend it for young people because there are a lot of steps to climb but the view of the ocean from up high was beautiful! Thank you!!

stayed the week of 6/19, the place was dirty, run down. Would not rent again.
Owner's Response: We appreciate your taking the time to write a review of our property. Though this building is not new, we are in the process of undergoing renovations in Jan 2011.
