Oceanfront 2 bedroom cottage 271 is the upstairs of a duplex (downstairs is #911275) in Kill Devil Hills, a 1/2 mile from the Wright Brothers Memorial. This 2 bedroom oceanfront rental features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, bath, living room/kitchen & oceanfront deck.

This rental has wonderful oceanviews and is perfect for the family looking for a great Outer Banks vacation or for a few friends looking to enjoy the beach! Linen is provided complimentary (sheets, towels & pillowcases) though pool & beach towels are not provided.

Pool privileges are given at our adjacent property where you check in. YMCA passes are also available to our guests on a first-come, first-serve basis as well. During the summer this rental is a Sat to Sat rental and in the spring, fall & winter it may be rented nightly with a minimum night stay
