Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Adorable totally remodeled 'Key West' style cottage, approx. 1000 SF & about 50 yards from the beautiful sugar white sand beach. Just a short block to 'Caddy's' on the beach restaurant & bar, where you can relax & have lunch, or just watch the magnificant sunsets. The kitchen is all stainless steel with fabulous blue granite countertops and new custom cabinets, Both bathrooms have new tubs with shower & granite countertops. All the floors are terra cotta. There are two central A/C units. The furniture is new & mostly Drexel. Living room has a large flat-screen TV and there is a TV in each bedroom. A back porch is off one of the bedrooms with a BBQ and outdoor shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds. And if you're interested in a cocktail, wine, or beer, Ka'Tiki Bar is just around the corner! We Love Sunset Beach...You will too!

Sunset Beach is a peninsula subdivision of Treasure Island that is only about one block wide with the gulf on one side and the intercoastal on the other, and has no thru traffic...It is the only place I know of that has a restaurant & bar right on the beach in close proximity to houses. It's close to shopping & many other activities. Very Charming, with superfine white sand beaches and nice people!

Great location just steps from Sunset Beach

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect: just a few steps from beautiful Sunset Beach, a restaurant and a tiki bar. The house had all the comforts of home, except for a dishwasher. We really enjoyed our one-week stay there and hope to be back sometime!

this was a great place to stay! It was neat and clean, perfectly decorated, nice furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen. It was a very short walk to the beach which is also great - beautiful sunsets,good bicycling, and paddle boarding. The owners also supply all your beach needs - from towels to umbrella, it's all there for your use.

This was a perfect location. Down the street from the famous Caddy's beach bar and Ka'tiki Bar. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and about 2 blocks. This area of the beach was uncrowded and fabulous. There were Naddy Conyers (parrots) in the trees around the beach which were great fun to watch.
The house was very nice and comfortable. The living room is big and the couch is comfy. We loved the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella that were there to use. The wagon made it so easy to haul stuff to the beach. The neighbors were nice and friendly. Gave us great suggestions on things to do.
We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Great beachy bungalow!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Adults on one side of the house, kids on the other! :) The beach is a short block away. It really is about location and this location is great! The house is lovely and has all the amenities you will need. Thank you, Marcia! We hope to return!
