Our subdivision is located directly across from private and uncrowded North Vilano Beach. A 3 block walk out of subdivision or one minute drive to beach walkover!

Our town home is newly renovated & modernly furnished town home with sparkling tile floors throughout main level. Soaring ceilings in the living room which looks out on a peaceful backyard with goldfish pond.

A fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

Enormous upstairs loft bedroom has brand new Queen bed and full bath. Downstairs is a brand new full size bed and full bath.

Please note No internet connectivity, No Pets, No Smoking and you must be 25 years or older to rent. Maximum of 4 persons.

We had a fabulous stay! It was clean and a close walk to the beach and you can actually park at the beach entrance if you are early birds like us. The beach was not crowded at all which was surprising for a summer weekend. Perfect for our family of four!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance from Vilano beach, which is a great beach to find unique shells. The property was clean and adequate for our needs. The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but we made it work. The new Publix is 3 miles away and there are new stores opening around its location, and 5 miles from great restaurants in Historic St. Augustine. There are also 3 great restaurants very close to this property. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
