An adjacent farm usually has an awe-inspiring Sunflower crop that draws hundreds of photographers every year, and a Corn Maze that opens late summer/early too. Important Please Note:: Swimming is allowed in Billings Lake. Lake access is about 50 yards away. Part of Pachaug State Forest, some type of floatation is required which may be a boat, canoe, kayak, life preserver, an inflatable raft, paddle board, or similar.
The houses in this community are not on city water/sewer connections. We have well water and a septic system. For that reason, we can not accomodate parties, reunions, etc. Maximum of 2 people, no acceptions. Sorry, no pets.
The minimum stay is a 2-night weekend: Fri./Sat. or Sat./Sun., and 3-nights mid-week: (Sun-Thurs). We must adhere to check-in and Check-Out times to allow for cleaning, restocking and property check between guests (for return of Sec. Dep). Check-In is 3pm. Check -Out is 11am
ONLY when possible Late Check-Out (up to 6pm) can be arranged at additional $65.
After 6pm, the Full Extra Day Rate Applies
June-July-August - Summer Peak - Rentals less than one full week at owner's discretion.
We must also be firm about the NO Smoking policy due to Fire Hazard. Smoking on property can result in Non-Refund of Security Deposit
