Villa, 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 7-8)

Beautiful, luxurious Villa located in a Nationally ranked Fazio designed golf club (BRIGGS RANCH GOLF CLUB), with 4 complete suites, each with full-baths and HD TV in each room. Villa has full complete kitchen, with all amenities. Perfect for quiet & serene getaway, just 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio.

You will not find a more comfortable Villa, located inside Briggs Ranch Golf Club-- as guest of Villa, you will enjoy access to this private and lush golf Club.

Villa is also located just half a mile from a second Championship Golf Club, just outside the gates of the Villa--- it is an 18-hole Lee Trevino Signature Course, with practice facility and Golf Academy. This golf club is open to the public and dining and catering are available.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, and it has a jet tub, along with a spacious shower along with his and hers vanity mirrors & lavatory.

Each of the 3 other bedrooms, contain 2 cozy twin beds, its own full bathroom, its own HD-TV with AT&T U-verse in each room. Two of these bedrooms are upstairs, and you will enjoy the spacious and very high ceilings, making for a very pleasant stay.

Downstairs, you will enjoy a great family room, with two large sofas, each with 2 reclining seats, a very spacious and comfortable lazy boy, a great looking 55'' HD TV, along with an dining table that seats 8 that makes for a great card game or family dinner.

The very large kitchen, is right next to the spacious family room, and you will have everything you need to prepare some appetizing meals, with brand new & modern kitchen appliances, as well as a nat.gas/propane bbq grill next to the family room, in the patio. Ceiling fans in each of these rooms and patio, make for an experience you will throughly enjoy as you enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful views of South Texas.

Amazing stay in an amazing house

We loved the house. My parents loved that the master bedroom was downstairs away from the other bedrooms. We also loved that one of the other bedrooms was located on first floor because my grandmother was with us, and she has a little trouble going up and down stairs. The large, open kitchen was amazing, and we loved that it opened into the great room because it gave us the chance to communicate with everyone while preparing dinner. Also, we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely rent the house again. Owner was amazing and very helpful.

An amazing stay in an amazing house

My family and I had an amazing stay at this villa located in a very quiet, relaxing, gated community. The house was perfect for us. The master bedroom was located on the first floor away from everyone. We were also happy to see that one of the other bedrooms was located on the 1st floor because my grandmother has difficulty climbing stairs. We also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the huge, amazing kitchen and the way that it opened into the great room. It gave us that chance to talk with everyone while preparing Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely rent this house again. Owner was amazing and very helpful.

Great Place for Golf Getaway in San Antonio

Villa is located in a private community with a golf course and clubhouse which is beautiful. Villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate 4 couples or 7 individuals. Kitchen is huge and has all the luxuries of home. Owner is very helpful setting up your stay. You will not be dissappointed with this property.
