Hello!

My husband and I are renting our tastefully furnished 1 bdrm apartment. It is a wonderfully decorated and comfortable spot for you to enjoy your vacation while in DC.

Located only 5 block from the U Street Cardozo Metro station (green line). Ten minutes to most tourist sites: Smithsonian museums, Capitol, monuments, White House, National Mall, Corcoran Gallery and more!

This bright apt. has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and separate living room with a comfy queen-size sofa bed. Has cable TV and wireless internet, computer for you to use while in town and wireless Internet. Kitchen has all the amenities you will want.

The apt. is on the 2th floor of an newly built boutique building. The condo has its own washer and dryer and outdoor space with a grill! No smoking, no pets.

The apt is only 1-2 blocks from a dozen restaurants, coffee shops/cafes, Starbucks, Giant Grocery Store, 24 hour CVS drugstore, bank, and more. The vibrant nightlife & restaurants of U Street, Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Mount Pleasant.

We will provide you with towels, linens, and basic toiletry. You will feel right at home.

The apartment building has 24-hour controlled access.

A beautiful and spotlessly maintained apartment on Connecticut Ave, NW, close to the Metro red line and great restaurants.

The apartment is large, furnished in a very attractive way with some great art to enjoy and is spacious.

The owners are wonderful; easy to talk to, responsive and helpful without being at all intrusive.

I strongly recommend this property.

Gorgeous View, Comfortable Apartment

We loved our time at this apartment! The views are absolutely stunning, the location is good, and the owners are very kind and thoughtful. I stayed here with my family (parents, brother and husband) and we had plenty of space. We walked or took the bus everywhere we needed to go, enjoyed time on the gorgeous rook deck and at the pool. It was a wonderful trip -- everything we wanted! I definitely recommend it!

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Owners

We went to DC for a wedding and extended the trip for some sightseeing. From this great location we were able to get just about everywhere we wanted to be. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The pizza place around the corner was really good. We look forward to visiting DC again and would rent from Paulina and Matthew again.

Je recommande la location de cet appartement à toute personne qui désire visiter Washington et se retrouver comme "à la maison" le soir venu. Spacieux et lumineux, il offre toutes les commodités pour un court ou un long séjour. D'une propreté remarquable, ses plachers en bois sont très appréciés et conviennent parfaitement aux personnes ayant des problèmes respiratoires. Nous remercions bien chaleureusement Paulina pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner lors d'un prochain arrêt à Washington.

Mid June visit 2011

My husband & I spend a wonderful 7 days in this beautiful apartment in the DC area in mid-June. Our adult daughter and her husband were able to come and spend a few days with us and the apartment worked wonderfully for us all. Just like a home away from home. It was so convenient, close to the Metro, close to grocery store, close to a great little pizza place. The apartment was pretty much as described and seemed very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have been more pleased that we were able to acquire the parking pass for our daughter & her husband's car. Matthew was very helpful in showing us around the apartment and also very informative as to how to best get around the area. Then we were on our own! A great big thank you to Paulina & Matthew for this wonderful opportunity. We have already recommended this site to some of our friends.
