Perfect for families with teenagers!

My family and I arrived at Rose Ct. at the end of July and stayed for 10 days. Upon arrival, the house was just as described. There was plenty of room, a beautiful view, and everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. Anatoly was extremely helpful with information on where to shop, local restaurants, and we even got a note one morning reminding us of the local farmer's market.
While there, we rented surfboards, walked just about everywhere, including Abbot Kinney, and spent many hours on the roof in the hot tub. We were also able to take in many local attractions such as the Getty Villa Museum, Hollywood, and Knott's Berry Farm. The boardwalk on Venice Beach is a very short walk from the house and we soon realized it's small distance was just enough to keep the evenings quiet and relaxing while having all the windows open.
We hope to return to Rose Ct. next summer. I would recommend this property to anyone with teenagers, it was perfect for them to be able to come and go, enjoy time on the boardwalk and beach, and be able to return to a relaxing, quiet home for a family meal.
