This great villa offers a private dip-in pool, garage, private roof terrace with views, patio furniture out side with a big top of the line grill, beautiful furniture inside in brand new condition with zone a/c in the living room and in both rooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second room has two queen beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. Its right across the street from the beach and very close to restaurants, supermarkets, night clubs, shopping and from all kinds of attractions like, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, tennis and horse back riding.

Vacation rentals can't get any better than this one. The pictures are an accurate depiction of what the house is like... it might even be better in person. We stayed with a group of three, however, the spacious rental could comfortably fit even more. Whether you are cooking dinner, relaxing on the rooftop deck, or dipping in the pool this rental has pretty much everything. The location is also ideal. The beach, a grocery market, and restaurants were all within a block's walk. Popular bars, touristy shops, and good surf spots were just a several min drive away. The only downfall to this villa is that you get depressed when it's time to leave.

This villa was absolutely amazing. Steps from the beach and a short distance to shops and restaurants. The dipping pool in the backyard was great for escaping from the hot sun. The rooftop was great to view sunsets from and to enjoy a nice BBQ under the stars. I will definitely be back!

This villa was a great vacation house. Roomy and spacious for a group of friends to come and hang out. It truly felt like home away from home. Convenient to local restaurants and shops. With just a few steps to the beach, this villa was truly a remarkable vacation spot. The dipping pool in the backyard was great to cool off from the hot sun. Grilling on the roof on the house was awesome because you can see the ocean and view sunsets. I can't wait to come back!

This house has a modern vibe amongst a local puerto rican town. It was very clean, well-furnished, and beautiful!
The location of the house is great--very close to supermarket, BEACH, local food (I recommend Lucky 13), and downtown Rincon. The dipping pool was very convenient for a midday dip to cool off. The house is also supplied with guides, maps, and restaurant recommendations. I would love to come down here again soon!

This house is the perfect vacation home. Its a only a few steps from the beach and has a great view of the ocean with a nice ocean breeze during the night. We loved it because its very spacious, clean and close to many new restaurants and attractions. Staying here was a blast because you simply cant beat the amenities it has to offer. We loved having the pool available for a break from the sun and the washer/dryer was very handy, and also the tv and wifi run very fast. I just cant wait to come back!
