Great Views- Way Better Than a Hotel-
I was in Duluth for business and thought it would be nice to have more space than a hotel. It is so nice to have an option like this rather than a hotel. I don't need or care about having access to a kid filled pool, drinking lounges or noisy hall ways, and over filled parking lots. I like privacy and a safe homey feeling. Vacation rentals are always my first choice and I appreciate them being available. This rental is well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The bay views and sunsets were wonderful. Had a great meal at Lake Ave Cafe which is just minutes away. I would recommend this vacation home to others. Whether it is for a business trip or vacation, this was a sweet place to stay.

Forget Canal Park, stay here!

What a great place to stay. Bigger, nicer, less expensive and more well appointed than a hotel room on Canal Park. We were able to have another family over for dinner. Gorgeous view. Fun to drive through Canal Park and Minnesota Point on our way.

Janine is delightful and professional in her booking. We got our security deposit back two days after we returned.

We came here for a spur of the moment get-away from a whole lot of stress. It was just what "the doctor ordered!" We loved it and will definitely try to get back here.
