Off road parking space. Outside Information: Full width front patio with a table and six chairs. A wide range of flora set in an attractive peaceful garden. A decking area. The patio has room for one car and on-street parking for further cars.

Carmel is a detched house in a quiet position close to the historic Hesketh Crescent in Torquay. This desirable location is excellent for the Blue Flag Meadfoot Beach, being only a couple of hundred yards away. St. Marks Road offers a peaceful setting for all guests despite its proximity to the beach. The property also enjoys a leafy outlook to the rear with views down towards the beach and Hesketh Crescent. The town centre and harbour are a 5 minute drive away, while there is also a cliffside path leading around the headland to the harbour enjoying sweeping sea views.
