    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.

Double patio doors to balcony with deckchairs. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Digital Freeview and DVD/video. A selection of videos, books and board games are available for use. Kitchen Information - Kitchen Features a dishwasher, 4 gas hobs with hood over, an electric oven with grill, fridge and microwave. A kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cafetiere plus plenty of pans, crockery and cutlery ensure you have everything for a comfortable stay. A door gives access to the rear of the property where there is a covered storage room. The dining room is on the ground floor off the front patio, and contains an oblong sturdy wood table with 6 chairs and 3 stools. There is also a large T.V. and a maroon double futon. Sea and park views. Set in a popular residental area. Lovely rear garden.
