Bring your getaway dream to life, escape from your daily routine. Come to Bella Brisa and enjoy the exquisite views from Langley Bluff located on the Southern part of Grand Lake overlooking the main lake and historical Pensacola dam with a backdrop view of rolling hills. You can enjoy the surrounding beauty from the deck or the comfort of a Four Seasons sun room with the same great views all year round. The sun room is a great space where you can enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature indoors. The curved glass roof of the sun room adds elegance and a spacious look while it lets in the natural light by day and in the evenings you can take in the moon and stars. The twinkle rope lighting adds to the romantic mood.

Offering 2 bedrooms, the master has a premium king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a day bed (with excellent quality twin mattresses); there are 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with a sit down bar. There are 2 additional dining areas both with great views of the lake.The living room has two sleeper sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a second living area in the sunroom overlooking the lake and a large deck with outside seating and another outside dining area. All these features create an atmosphere of leisure and entertainment.

There is a small library of books and board games if the weather does not cooperate for outdoor activities.

For your use there is a 28' boat slip available in the cove at the end of the block (just a short walk).

No matter the time of year, there are plenty of activities in the area.

Perfect Retreat -- Bella Brisa!

The two of us were seeking a quiet, comfortable spot for a relaxing weekend away from it all. And we found the perfect spot at Bella Brisa! Such comfortable furnishings! All the amenities we could hope for. And, of course, the magnificent view from the bedroom and sunroom and deck! It was perfect! We hope to come back again!

Wonderful Weekend!

My cousins, my sister and I had a wonderful weekend at your home. We were very comfortable, in spite of the blustery weather, and really liked the sun room. Your hospitality was very much appreciated. The muffins and other snacks were very kind of you. We certainly will recommend to our friends and other family members your great place. The view is beautiful and we were able to reminisce about all the years of our childhood that we spend coming to Grand Lake as a family. Thank you so much, you have a great home.

Delightful fall weekend!

My husband and I spent the last weekend in October at Bella Brisa. The weather was a bit chilly and Bella Brisa was the perfect place to spend the weekend. Much of our time was spent in the heated sun room, watching the sun rise over the lake in the morning and enjoying the relaxing ripples of the lake during the day. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything I needed. In addition, Dan and BJ were wonderful hosts--they gave us a tour of the Pensacola Dam and surrounding areas, and showed us a great place to hike.

No matter the season, Bella Brisa is a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to get away for our anniversary. Work has been so busy with working overtime and meetings that we weren't able to get away on the actual day and really wanted somewhere relaxing and peaceful. When BJ met us at the house and showed us around, I had high hopes. This house exceeded my expectations, as did BJ! The view is breathtaking from any part of the house. We've stayed at other vacation rentals in the past and didn't feel nearly as welcome nor were they as nice as here. BJ provided all the little extras you'd find in a 5 star hotel (minus a bellhop). We had champagne and baked goods waiting for us, first aid kit if needed, books and games, and quiet. BJ even called to let us know about the full moon rising over yhe dam so we wouldnt miss it We didn't want to leave on Sunday. We really hope to go back sometime (hopefully soon). I almost don't want to tell anyone about this fantastic house so it can be our secret place. But, I won't. Go and stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing views!!

We stayed here on July 5th to the 7th to celebrate the fourth of July, we had an excellent view of the Disney fireworks right from the back deck! Bella Brisa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was a great hostess, (made us feel right at home) and even made us fresh salsa. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. We plan on going back whenever we can!
