COCKROACHES!

COCKROACHES!!! That's right! We found them in the living room, kitchen cabinets and bedroom. Need I say more???? Oh, and don't try to light the fireplace!
Owner's Response: Professional Exterminator found no roaches! We inspected house together, found no infestation, past or present. She complained each day including I told her the house had a computer (Not), coffee maker dripped too slow(I brought another one), light bulb burned out(I replaced it), fingerprints on patio door(I Windex'd it), etc. Final call after 10 pm woke me up asking how to light the fireplace (temp was 80 that day). Instructions were in Guest Manual & said I'd show her in the morning. She got mad & said she'd write a bad review & she did! She left a note at the house "don't ask Elise for help, she won't do anything". No matter what I did, could not please her & she was never nice. I Went there every day for something. Never had this happen before. This house continually stays booked & I've had several guests since without problems & got positive feedback.

Loved staying in this home. Was there for business and it worked out great! Much better than a conference room! Also convienent to everything like shopping, the airport and restaurants! When I am in San Antonio again will be staying here! Thanks!

What a wonderful "home away from home" to come back to each day after a full day of work-play. The beds were so comfortable and it had all the amenities we could want! Elise & John were so accomodating with our MANY needs. I feel like we were so lucky to find them. The home was spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the WI-FI amd Cable TV. The house is decorated so beautifully, it was a pleasure to hang out here. Another thing that was so great was how centrally located we were. Easy to get downtown, the airport, Sea World, Walmart and Whole foods stores. Thank you for all the help! Dawn, Glenn, Emily

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your house. It was a pleasure staying here with our family. We had a lot of kids with us and we enjoyed having an easy accessible place to stay to get to Sea World, Six Flags, the mall, downtown and most of San Antonio. The beds were all comfortable and the kids were all comfortable and the kids loved the wireless internet access and cable tv. House had a nice and warming feel when we arrived and we enjoyed every aspect of the house. Thank you again for the stay here. El Paso, TX
