This home, located in historic Draxhall (minutes damn Ocho Rios) offers comfort, convenience, and versatility. Whether you're a first time visitor or a frequent flyer to Jamaica, you will discover a unique experience each and every time.

Your adventure starts here at your vacation home. We provide AC, hot and cold water, hammocks, linens, full kitchen, utensils, and more. Aside from access to the pool, tennis court, fitness center and jogging trails, this home puts you minutes away from the attractions in Ocho Rios town, including but not limited to Dunn's River Falls, Chukka Cove, Horse back riding, Mystic Mountain, and many local restaurants.

My favorite restaurant when I visit Jamaica is Bamboo Blu, located between Drax Hall Country Club and the Riu Hotel, but there are several other restaurants and beaches located minutes away. Just pack your clothes and come and enjoy our Jamaican bungalow.

My New Favorite Spot

Hidden treasure found close to fantasy beach with is free. 10 to 15 minutes for Ochi. The only thing that could have made it better is have access to the wash room. Owner has a car that can be rented on the property. Was not cleaned after previous occupants called the owners and they had someone come over and clean right away. What is listed is what you get and more. Easy contact with owner over whatup. American appeal in Jamaica that I have recommended to friend and family already. Thank you once again Ms. Powell for the experience. David

2 stars MAXIMUM - Disappointed overall

Day 1, We couldn't get the AC to work, owner sent her assistant with a new remote The AC in the 2nd bedroom would not cool for 16 days. 2nd room was unusable we had to move 1 twin mattresses to the front bedroom. The front bedroom mattress is literally the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and I would have left if i could have gotten my money for another place. Door was locked for the washer and dryer closet, owners husband asked us “did you carry dirty clothes and you want to wash already.” We made sure he knew we didn’t have dirty laundry. Her husband was coming in the home whenever we were gone to make sure the AC was turned off. She kept messaging me to turn the AC off and open the windows , but I couldn’t at night because of the mosquitoes The owner requested that we fix the solar power buttons/system daily, I did this like 8 times a day. The power credit ran out twice, knocking out wifi so I had to borrow the neighbor’s phone to call her and she added money to the account and I had to type the confirmation number into the control box in the washer closest wall. The owner accused me of using too much kw and she said was just staying there on vacation before me, I confirmed with the company that we only used 150 kw because we were gone a lot, actually spent several days out of town. AC only works in the bedrooms if the doors are closed and the locks with keys in them are turned. This property is like storage for the owner - The owner texted me at 1am on Christmas Eve asking me to provide keys for another rental because the renters lost their key. I did as she asked and delivered the keys down the street. Her husband showed up on Christmas Day for more keys. The next day he came in asking to get into their locked linen closet to get clean linens for another house. The kitchen was average, i had to plug in the refrigerator and figure out the gas stove and lighter to ignite. I had to message the owner repletely for a refill of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The shower water is cold, not one day did it get warm enough to relax, FAST cold showers for over 2 weeks. One star is for the community pool and One star is for the wifi.
