Why stay in a hotel when you can have luxury at the beach. Two recently remodeled bath completed 7/11/11, one of the baths has a heated floor!!!!!!! Nothing this close to the beach compared with this property. Take a look at the pictures and compare to other locations around Alki.... nothing compares. The pillows are new, the linen is new, the towels and dishwasher are new.....and more.

A large landscaped patio area to relax and BBQ.

About 500 ft to Starbuck's for morning coffee and located right in the center of the restaurant district of Alki. 9 restaurants/coffee houses are located with three blocks of the house.

Space for storing bikes or other equipment is located in the attached garage.

On site laundry facilities, cooking utensils, dishes, linen, etc are supplied.

  • New remodeled luxury bathrooms. The main floor bathroom has radiant heat. 1.75 baths. Remodel just finished 7/24/2011. Both baths have travertine stone tile throughout. Very tasteful.

It comfortably sleeps 6-8, but 9 or more is a bit difficult. Extra Charge for groups larger than 5. $10/night additional per person over 5.

This home is just steps from the beach, coffee (my favorite), bars, restaurants and minutes away from downtown. The property is family friendly or perfect for an adult getaway. It had everything we needed. The master suite was large and beautifully done and livingroom was comfortable. The property was super clean (with kids that is important). It also has a nice little patio/yard area to my surpise that is not pictured. Owner was great and very accommodating.
My husband and I loved this property.

We really enjoyed the stay at this beach home right off the beach in Alki. Very accommodating for 4 -6 people easy! Property was clean and well kept with nice bedrooms and baths. Kitchen was small but had everything needed to make any meal. Restaurants, bars, and shops within 5 min walk or 5 min in car. We will return soon!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I, together with our friends from Colorado, rented this house last week. We had a total of six people and we could not have been happier. The house was immaculately clean , linens were freshly laundered, and everything was in perfect order. Wayne, the owner, met us at the house and conducted a walk through so we knew where everything was at. He also offered tips for local businesses and keeps tourist information readily available in the dining area. This house has it all. recently remodeled baths, spacious bedrooms, vintage charm, outdoor space, proximity to the beach, and PARKING. We will return without hesitation and recommend it highly (even though it means you may have it booked the next time we want to visit...haha). When you go, do yourself a favor and visit Pegasus Pizza...it's awesome!!! Quit looking...if you want to visit Alki Beach...this is the place to be!
