The Dower House is a large detached 4 bedroom Victorian Villa situated in a peaceful area of Torquay yet still within walking distance of the town centre and harbour. Spread over two floors the property boasts 3 reception areas, 3 en-suites and a secluded garden with patio furniture. Wellswood is its own little village set in a leafy area of Torquay with a selection of restaurants, cafes, deli's and a pub. Close by is the Kents Caven attraction and the Babbacombe Downs.

    - Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at all other times of the year.
    - A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
