This luxury townhome is located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach, it is a 4 story townhome with a private elevator that goes from the 3 car garage (the first floor) to the rooftop patio that has breath-taking views of the intracoastal and the gulf. The second floor is where you will find the dining room, half bathroom, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and the living room. Then up to the third floor is a master bedroom with plenty of closet space and a private balcony that overlooks the water and a private staircase that also leads up to the rooftop patio. The master bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and separate extra large shower. There is also two more bedrooms on this floor, each with two double beds and another full bathroom with a shower as well as a washer/dryer. The top floor is the rooftop patio with views that cannot be beat.

South Clearwater Beach is the Ideal Location: Being located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach has so much to offer. You are right in the middle of all the action and yet at the end of a quiet street so you can have all the piece and quiet that you desire. You are just steps from Pier 60 which offer a Sunset festival each evening 2 hours prior to sunset every day and on Fridays and Saturday evenings, they set up a giant blow-up movie screen for an old fashioned movie nite. You just have to show up with your lawn chairs or blanket and sit on the lawn and have a family movie nite with the family - what a great to top off the day after spending a great day at the 'best beach in the country'. You are also within walking distance to great restaurants, boat excursions, fishing trips, para sailing, jet-skiing, boat or bike rentals, and of course the white sands of Clearwater Beach.
