Only about one mile equidistant from the University of Washington main campus (a 30-minute walk or less than 10-minute bike ride) and Seattle Children's Regional Medical Center--both easily reached via the nearby Burke Gilman trail. Less than 6 miles from the Space Needle and Seattle Center; 8 miles from Safeco and Qwest Fields. There are several bus lines within a city block allowing convenient pedestrian access to all the city's sights; closest to the 30 / 74 line. Access to I-5 and SR-520 is easy for exploring the greater metropolitan and outlying areas.
