In addition to our desirable location, we offer an attractive combination of style, comfort and affordability. The entire, sunny top floor is reserved for you, and the house is *not* shared with anyone else.
We strive to maintain a 'feels like home' environment for your Seattle stay and provide many amenities:

+ The king size and twin beds have water- and allergen- barrier covers for your peace of mind.

Only about one mile equidistant from the University of Washington main campus (a 30-minute walk or less than 10-minute bike ride) and Seattle Children's Regional Medical Center--both easily reached via the nearby Burke Gilman trail. Less than 6 miles from the Space Needle and Seattle Center; 8 miles from Safeco and Qwest Fields. There are several bus lines within a city block allowing convenient pedestrian access to all the city's sights; closest to the 30 / 74 line. Access to I-5 and SR-520 is easy for exploring the greater metropolitan and outlying areas.
