With 30 + courses within a few miles, the nearest two being only a mile away, keen golfers can have their own suite at a far lower price than a quality hotel, with your own catering and luxury living facilities. Even a second large fridge to hold the beer! Golf equipment and carts can be rented on site. As owners of the prestigious Reunion Resort we can arrange for golfers to play on one of the three championship courses, normally strictly Members Only courses.

Weddings and anniversaries: Mulberry Park has successfully played host for numerous weddings and special anniversaries. and we would be pleased to discuss you needs.

My family and I have just returned from a 3 week stay at this fantastic villa. It really does have the WOW factor and is well suited to large parties like ours (16 people) allowing everyone ample space in which to relax as each one of the 5 couples and a single traveller had their own en-suite luxury bedroom and with 5 children in our party the pool, children’s themed bedrooms and the games room with home cinema was a real hit.
It is very close to all the parks but is in a beautifully maintained gated community so you feel like your a world away once you've left the hustle of the attractions...all in all everyone in our party loved this villa and would recommend it to anyone.
The Owners are wonderful and will answer any of your questions even book your flights/cars etc and very knowledgeable in the local area .. So give them a call and book this villa you’ll love it…xx

We have stayed in many rental places over the years but this exceeded all expectations and we have finally found our 'home' in Florida. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the management efficient and we would certainly recommend the lovely couple who housekeep to come in and do a mid stay clean, It was brilliant to come back after a long day to find the house spotless and bedlinen changed. The house is so spacious we kept losing the family - no bad thing! What impressed us, unlike most other large homes, is the living space matches the no. of bedrooms with plenty of comfortable areas to sit or dine without having to do in relay.The Winn Dixie supermarket and some really good eateries are close enough to walk, although seemed a long way back, but we look forward to the new Target complex with some great sounding restaurants opening soon a mile or so away on the 192 going West. Not having stayed anywhere so close to Disney before we could come back for lunch, which saved us a fortune and a welcome break. We recommend a Park day or two, then a days break to relax and enjoy the terrific pool. We can certainly recommend Mulberry Park, it's everything as described and more..,,

What a lovely Villa perfect for us and our family of 20. 10 adults and 10 grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us enough spacious bedrooms nearly all with En-suites. Living area huge, swimming pool spent hours in it,games room was brilliant grandchildren loved it.
Very clean throughout,close to all the attractions and restaurants.
Perfect we had a wonderful Family Christmas there.
Would recommend this property to friends.
Owner's Response: Mulberry Park can accept parties of up to 16 plus babies under 3 yrs.

Great Vacation Home

What a great vacation home if you have a large group and you want to stay together. We had 3 families totaling 10 people and everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom. Tha pool was beautiful and had sun from 10 am to 4 pm. But there is also a big covered patio by the pool if you don't want sun. There is a nice big stainless steal grill that we used every day. House was very clean and the double washer and drier came in handy. Kitchen was big and had every thing you need. Disney is about 10 minutes away and Universal is about 25 minutes. Grocery and liquior store are 5 minute. The game room was great for the kids and was air conditioned. I would deffinetely rent this house again. Thank you for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our week at this fabulous villa with our exten ded family. We are still talking about it and can't wait to return. This house is huge, we all had our own bathroom and a very nice retreat in the well furnished bedrooms. Lots and lots of living space inside and out, we were never cramped. The pool is amazing, plenty of room and great that we could all sit together for our evening meals. Very private. We enjoyed movies in the cinema & the kids enjoyed the games room. The whole house is beautifully furnished and has the wow factor. Spotlessly clean. The owners couldn't do enough and happy to answer all our questions promptly.

It is so conveniently located we could walk to the shops and restaurants and getting to the parks was a breeze. So near we could come home for lunch and a rest to refresh ourselves for the evening session.

We enjoyed Seaworld especially, recommend you collect your free pass when you go in as a long queue at the end of the day. Our favorite restaurants were Red Lobster and Fridays, and breakfast at the Golden Corrall.

Everything exceeded our expectations.
