One mile to Palm Island ferry to miles of white sand where dolphins are often seen. Sunloungers provided. 5-8 miles to shopping malls of Englewood, Venice and Port Charlotte Waterfront fish restaurants. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. GOLF: Step right out of the home onto the golf course at Cape Haze, a very attractive course with wooded areas and lakes to play or just walk and enjoy. hire. Club trolley stored in garage if walking the course. Numerour other golf courses in the area, most at reasonable rates.

BOATING: Several marinas near by, phone ahead for daily rates. Details can be provided. Perfect boating arer around the many islands and inter coastal waterways. For EXPERIENCED BOATERS ONLY we can hire our 23ft twin engine jet boat, insured for 10 persons. Moored at Palm Island marina, one mile away, the most respected marina in the area. Use of marinas pool included. Oceanside restaurants at Palm Island and Palm Island. $250 per day/$100 0week including daily engine flush, overall clean. Fuel must be topped up at the end of the stay at the marina's pumps. $500 extra deposit. Damage - $500 minimum or as insurers dictate. Guests are responsible for their own safety while hiring.

Two Centre Holiday: Why not combine with our luxury homes in Orlando, less than two miles from DisneyWorld. Mulberry Park and St Georges Manor, homes no. 90989 and 100406. We can also recommend smaller homes in Orlando if ours are too large for your party.

The villa was everything the description promised, being spacious,clean and well maintained. The area in which the villa is situated is very quiet with a nice view across the golf course. Trips to the local beaches took only 10 mins by car and were almost empty. Difficult to comprehend when the sea temp was 84degrees and great for swimming.Overall a great place to stay and would use again if visiting this part of Florida.

We stayed in this property last year and have booked again for this coming October. 5 star luxury all the way. Every room is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We loved it. Property was clean and well maintained. Within two minutes in the car there is a large supermaket, bank and liquor store. There is also a garage where videos can be rented for $1 a night. The property is situated on the first green of a golf course which gave us early morning entertainment watching the golfers putt into the first hole. We were only two people but will be eight when we return. Plenty of space. Many good restuarants close by and good shopping ten minutes away. Close to ferry across to beaches or short drive to Englewood Beach or Boca Grande beaches. We were happy to sit by pool. Port Charlotte is 20 minutes away with shopping mall, many other resturants, cinemas etc. If you want to visit Disney World 2/2.5 hours by car. Bush Gardens Tampa approx. 1.5 hours. We would have no hesitation to recommend this property to friends.

we have rented many homes in the cape haze area. by far this homes was exceptional! beautiful! just as the pictures show. the views of the links golf course were amazing. 1st tee and fairway and 1st hole. 8th hole. 9th fairway and 9th hole. the wild life were fun to watch. including a wild bore on the 1st hole!!! crazy mocking birds!!!! beautiful blue herrons. hopefuly will be going back next spring.

The entire family under one roof!

We just returned from a 10 night stay at Coral Shores. What a wonderful time we all had. The house is lovely, the pool was sparkling clean and the nearby golf course was a nice touch for our golfers. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living spaces, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms convenient. We would love to return again some day. Our group ranged in age from age 5 to age 72. We found the location convenient to many of the Gulf Coast beaches and activities.

What a place

This place is somewhere i will never forget think of a hotel think of 5 star this is the place, never before have i stayed in a place so luxurious so accommodating so tastefully done as this.
I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit that’s for sure. What a fantastic house all the bedrooms you could ask for, lots of bathrooms no arguing, fantastic living room, Plasmas, leather sofas beautifully decorated no expense spared and attention to detail personified .This place was brilliant and as if that isn’t enough it has a lovely pool area where the sun shine all day long which overlooks the golf course .
The house is located in a very peaceful and is in a very quiet area.
Beaches and restaurants plus publix close by
Wall mart super centre is 10 min in the car and a large shopping centre 20 min in the car.
The only thing that i found bad about this place is the fact i didn’t spend longer here
