NOTE: 3 MONTH MINIMUM. Fully furnished and decorated. Single-story 3,719 sq. ft. house in guarded country club. Located on golf course with golf green & mountain views. Home has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet. Den/Office has a large desk for two. Modern kitchen has all the appliances, including: built-in 48-inch refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, double-ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop. Granite-slab kitchen countertops and plenty of cabinets filled with everything you need except food and drink. Enjoy the backyard & golf view from backbreakfast bar & kitchen nook table. The huge Formal Living and Dining area has golf view, player piano, formal seating & large formal dining table for entertaining. Large Family Room, adjacent to kitchen, has Fireplace and built-in entrainment center with 60-inch plasma HD-TV & Surround Sound System (includes DVD/Blu-Ray/VCR/CD). Ceiling speakers in covered patio, living, and master bedroom as well.

Master Suite: Master Suite has king-size bed and sitting area with gas fireplace and 36-inch TV with sound system. Master suite has slider to private covered patio with view of the golf course. Master bath has two sinks and vanity (granite surfaces), large jetted-tub, separate shower with dual shower heads, and two individual walk-in closets.

Backyard: Nicely landscaped backyard has a built-in Spa with Water Feature, Fire Pit, Covered Patio with Built-in Gas BBQ, and view of the golf course. Enjoy unobstructed views of the golf course, mountains, and city lights at night from the private covered patio or spa. Master Suite has it's own private covered patio.
