Only one mile from Prescott's Town Square and Whisky Row, you will find yourself in a darling cottage nestled among the tall pines and mountainous boulders. Cool and relaxing - quiet and peaceful. Fully - equipped with everything you need to make it a fun friends and family get-away. Recently remodeled and updated furnishings including new pillow-top beds. The home is complete with Wi-Fi, cable, Flat screen TV's, Phone with Free Long Distance (continental US only), Stereo, Wii, Board Games, DVD's, and an IPod filled with a variety of music for your listening pleasure! Wood-burning Fireplace in Living Room. Great kitchen for gatherings with exit to backyard deck.

Darling front porch as you enter - sit in the relaxing swing chairs and enjoy the quiet mornings with a hot cup of coffee!

Kitchen is cozy and plenty of room for you to enjoy a sit-down dinner with your friends. Kitchen is fully equipped to turn out just about anything you can dream up to cook.

The table expands to seat 8 comfortably.

If you're not a cook, it's very close to plenty of restaurants - including the Dinner Bell - which, ironically only serves Breakfast and Lunch. You must try their Huevos Rancheros - it's to die for! Whiskey Row and the Court House Square also features numerous restaurants and bars for your culinary pleasure!

The backyard deck is peaceful and private. Large Gas BBQ Grill and outdoor firepit - wood deck surrounded by boulders and lots of shady trees. Perfect place to read a book or enjoy your dinner outdoors!

There are also a couple of fenced in areas for your pets to roam. One is right off the kitchen accessible thru the doggie door (40 lb max size).

The home was actually nicer and more spacious than the photos initially indicated.

Perfect Family Gathering Destination

Boulder Crest far exceeded our expectations as a welcoming place to gather our family. The house and interior decor is beautiful yet comfortable while the outside deck is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee with the morning doves and/or watch the stars at night. Lots of great extras provided throughout the house, even a dog crate! Our dog loved her walks around the block to enjoy the neighborhood sights and smells. The house is conveniently located just a few blocks from Prescott's main square, great restaurants and a grocery store. Kudos to Colleen and her crew! We hope to come back for another stay!

family spring break getaway

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfectly located and was just right for ourselves and our daughter and two grandchildren. I think our two small dogs enjoyed it even more. We hiked around the block, it was about 1/3 of a mile, in the morning and evening. We can't wait to do it again. Thanks for the delightful experience.

My stay on Smoki Avenue was wonderful! Walking into the home felt like a big hug! The home was very welcoming and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! The decor of the home is just lovely, plus it is in a great location! I do hope to return again!
