On the main level you have the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom. on the top level you have a spacious loft with the master bathroom with jetted tub.

Located minutes from Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Creek Reservoir, Fishing along the world famous Provo and Weber areas, Multiple golf courses, bike trails, ATV trails and horse trails. Also minutes from Park City.

This home was absolutely perfect. It was updated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice but did not have things like mixing bowls, measuring cups & spoons, and blender, etc. The yard was really kept up and perfect for just hanging out outside. The neighborhood was very friendly and fun to take walks in. The location was nice as well. We would totally recommend this home to anyone and would love to go back and stay again. We all had a great time!

Spent 4 nights in this lovely home, just the right size! On a quiet street with amazing views...couldn't ask for any better. We will most certainly be back. Thanks to the property owner for making us feel so welcome and at home.

Wonderful stay in a lovely cottage with a fabulous location.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend recently as we were interested in snowshoeing in the area and were looking for something quiet. We found it here! It is conveniently located to some great restaurants and local attractions. We did some snowshoeing at Solders Hollow a few minutes away as well as Sundance (which was a short drive). We even found a bowling alley nearby. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We'd definitely stay here again.
