Best Stay We've Ever Had, A Real California Gem!

We recently stayed at this vacation rental in Dana Point and it has been the best stay we've ever had. We travel frequently and we've stayed at many different types of vacation rentals so as you can imagine, there have been places that were both hit and misses. Visiting from New York City for a much needed one week getaway, it was extremely important for us to have a worry-free rental. Booking the property online was easy and upon arrival, we were greeted by the property manager who was a wonderful and informative person who gave us a tour of the place and made us feel very much at home.
The house itself was huge! Just like the pictures, but bigger and much more spacious than we thought. It was extremely clean, immaculately furnished, and the attention to quality and detail was quite astonishing, something we’ve rarely seen elsewhere and that showed real care and thought had been put into this home.
We were very impressed with the quality of the electronics in the home. Each bedroom had a large flat screen TV with Cable and the home even had its own home theater. Of course there was a giant screen too. The home theater was equipped with a Blueray player and Apple TV box that was bundled together with a Netflix account for us to use without any additional charge. The living room TV was equipped with a Wii Console with games. I must say we had so much fun playing Wii sports tennis in the evenings! The living room was very spacious with a terrace and you could see views of the ocean. The sunsets were incredible, the best time for ocean viewing was around twilight, and the master bedroom upstairs had even better views than the terrace. On one occasion we were even able to see Catalina Island during twilight and the ocean was this beautiful aquamarine glowing color. Our most favorite part of the house though was the huge kitchen as we love to cook.
Coming back to our small apartment in New York, we felt extremely spoiled while we were staying at this vacation rental in Dana Point. The location was really convenient and about 5 minutes away from Dana Point Harbor. Getting around to the beach towns such as Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach was easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and not rowdy like some of the places you might find on the beach. This fit our needs for quiet, elegance and relaxation but having the night life 5 minutes away if we wanted it. We would definitely visit this vacation rental again and highly recommend it.
