Great Place for a Beach Vacation

This big old beach house is perfect for a large family who enjoys the beach. It was an easy walk with four small children across the street and down a short way to the beach access. We were able to entertain large groups of family members with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and a nice grill. There was plenty of bedding, towels and beach accessories. All appliances were in working order. The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs on the third floor are too steep for small children to use. This would be a consideration in how many the house sleeps. Otherwise, the house is as advertised and there can be nothing nicer than sitting on the patio watching the sun rise on a sunny summer day.
Owner's Response: Good point about the third floor loft! Perfect for teenagers and young adults, but not a good sleeping option for elderly or very young children. Our 6 and 9 year old love to use the third floor as a sleeping option with their cousins so they have their own space. It is large enough for a group to sleep with its own bath but the steep steps make it a bit of a challenge for less mobile.
