This is the perfect get away. Enjoy this private quiet setting with beautiful long range views. This property has a nice elevation that keeps it cool in the hot summer months. Everything you'll need is at your finger tips. It is truly a home away from home. Relax in the hot tub or take a nature walk on several trails the lead from the top of this property or just relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the views. You may see a stray Deer come strolling by. Dine inside or out with a large picnic table close by and a fire pit with seating all around. There is plenty to do including rafting and fly fishing at the near by river or boating at the lake.This is a true log built cabin and easily sleeps six. It has a wood burning stove along with baseboard heat, TV's, full kitchen, telephone, out door grille and all the comforts of home, just stop at the store on your way in for groceries. Weather your visiting in summer, winter or best of all Fall you'll enjoy your stay.

PERFECTION!!

My husband and I have been on a hunt for the perfect cabin for a couple years now seeing how we are always traveling to the mountains and want more than just a room. Well we found it. Mr. Dan was very nice considering we are last minute travelers. and the cabin! what can be said but it is beautiful!! Very secluded! we had a wonderful time riding our 4-wheeler to Queens Lake. there is a fire pit at the cabin that my husband fell in love with! I cant wait to take our grandsons up they will be so content up there in the nice clean air of Nantahala.. Cant wait to return again!!!

Our favorite getaway....

This is the 2nd year in a row that my husband and I stayed in this quaint cabin. The photos doesn't come close to capturing the serenity that you get from this mountaintop retreat. The only sounds you hear is nature. Yet you are still close to civilazation and close to all the outdoor activities such as white water rafting (we've done twice!) and tons of hiking trails.

This little cabin provides all the amenities that you need to make you feel like home. All you need to bring is food and personal supplies. We found it to be immaculate and can't believe others rent this cabin.

Thank you Dan & Sheyla! We hope to be back next year....
