5 BR Beach Front Home - 20% off 6/1/13 - 6/8/13

Every time we have been to the Destin area we stay at this property and it feels like home to our family. This is a uniquely laid out, well-equipped home right on the beach! On one side of the breezeway you have a huge game room with something for everyone. There is a nice flat screen TV, full-size shuffle board table, movies, games and a poker/gaming table. This room doubles as a bedroom with a new sofa sleeper and a full size bathroom. The adjacent room on this side of the breezeway is what we consider to be a master bedroom with a four poster king-size bed, a full bath and private entrance. This room is amazing with the glass sliding door facing the beach! The other side of the breezeway contains the main home with the kitchen (with all new appliances), laundry room, dining room, family room, four bedrooms and two full baths. There is so much room inside and outside of this home. There is also a huge deck for reading, lounging, dining or just hanging out. Very nice property management who will provide you with anything you need. You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous view and beach access - almost goes without saying. Blue Mountain is a rare location, which is to say a beautiful stretch yet fairly uncrowded. Very comfortable home, great deck, we had the feeling of being at friends' rather than a sterile rental. A very friendly feel. With with our 2 adult children and their spouses and a 2 grandbabies and we all had a great time. The one negative was the lack of privacy caused by the insubstantial bedroom doors. Any sneeze or crying child or whatever else might be heard by all - except for those lucky enough to be across the breezeway in the master suite! Well-maintained, would recommend to friends. Did not take advantage of nearby restaurants since we prefer to cook in - nice fresh seafood available at Goatfeathers on 30-A or Sextons on 98. Would defintely rent again.

My wife and I and our three 20-something children enjoyed a wonderful week on Blue Mountain Beach. The house sits right on the beach with a panoramic view. The deck is at least 60 feet wide and 20 feet deep with great views. Since the sun doesn't always like me, I especially appreciated the sun screen over part of the deck. We were able to sample local restaurants at night and enjoy breakfast and lunch in comfort at the house. The beach was great, the deck was amazing, but the surprise was the game room-darts, shuffleboard, poker table, movies, games. We have had many great trips to Destin, but this was the best. The whole family was happy and relaxed and sorry to leave.
