Sip your morning coffee from the spacious lanai with panoramic views from the ocean to the mountains. Complete with table and chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets, rolling surf, canoes/kayaks paddling into the ocean or the Friday Night fireworks display. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the “green flash” as the sun sets. The full size kitchen features granite counter tops,appliances that include full size fridge, ceramic top stove, microwave and dishwasher. In addition it is stocked with a rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils – everything you need to cook your own meals during the lazy morning hours, or after a hectic day. Sleep in a spacious bedroom includes a queen size bed with 400 count sheets and hypoallergenic pillows. If you prefer not to use the air conditioning you’ll have the breezy trade winds that flow through while you’re sleeping.

A queen size futon in an open bedroom area has an upgraded spring mattress. The living room is furnished with a deluxe full sized futon bed that provides views of the ocean from within.Household amenities including cooking tools, towels and linens are provided.
