After operating it's sister property (128947) for 7 years, we are now adding a newer larger home with a more upscale touch and more room for you, your friends and family. This place was built with your vacation in mind. We have taken everything that you've loved about our existing property and improved it even more. The 3 levels of living, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 great rooms, private office, and lower level storage garage for all of your things means there is room for up to 14 guests to all be comfortable.

There is truly no match for the level of luxury you will enjoy at Macmillan pt. from cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the deck, lounging in the hot tub, listening to a roaring fire in the great room or finally calling it a day in one of the most comfortable beds known to man.

This 2011 built home is located on beautiful Macmillan Pt. which overlooks the National park beaches. A very quiet and picturesque seaside community Macmillan Pt. is a peninsula with water surrounding it on 300 degrees. The waterside of the house faces southwest ensuring the afternoon and evening sun which makes for great evenings on the deck and in the expansive waterfront backyard. With over 50 000 sq ft of yard there is tons of space to roam on the property. A small path to the beach with no bank makes slipping one of the 2 provided kayaks into the water a breeze. Kayak around the point to the harbor and enjoy the views of the fishing village of Covehead with the dunes lying beyond. This is an amazing central location close to everything the Island is well known for. Beaches, golf, restaurants, nightlife, rural countryside, everything within a 15 min drive.
