The screened summer porch has plenty of room for you & 10 of your people! A vintage, tin-top table seats 4; a green marble-top bistro table seats 2; &, a 60' round black wrought iron table seats 4 comfortably. Blue, Green & White dinner linens are available for your party! Create a moveable feast.
Two air mattresses are provided and accommodated for in the 1st floor study, located next to the living room, or on the screened Summer porch.
The living room, with its traditional leather sofa & chair may remind you of 'Papa' aka Earnest Hemmingway. I've been told by many that the 6' antique wicker sofa with plush down-filled cushions is the perfect place to nap or simply relax.
