5 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, sleeps 12. Three night minimum

This gorgeous 3900 sq ft mountain home boasts a fantastic lake view and a beautiful open floor plan.

An enormous deck off the great room juts out into the trees, overlooking the lake - a perfect setting for gathering, enjoying the gas BBQ and dining al fresco. The great room features a high wood-beamed ceiling, a large wood burning fireplace, wrap-around sofa and 52' HDTV with PS3 and Blu-Ray. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any family feast. Downstairs provides a second gathering area, with full sized pool table, wet bar, 46' LCD with Blu-ray, and lakeview deck.

Bathrooms have all been renovated in 2010. The master bath features an oversized jetted tub.

Parking is provided for 3 cars in winter. Sorry, no garage access. Additional street parking is available in summer months. Driveway is heated (no shoveling!)

The house has a back-up generator! Stay cozy through winter storms!

***Please note: 3 night Minimum stay!

Sleeping Arrangements: The Master Suite (upstairs, on main living floor) has a king bed, its own deck with lake view, large bathroom with shower, dual sinks and oversized jetted tub. Four bedrooms are downstairs: one king, two queens and one with two sets of bunk beds plus a pull-out trundle. One of the bottom bunks is a double bed (cozy for two); the remaining 3 bunks and the pull-out trundle are singles. Two bathrooms are downstairs: one with large, rain shower and dual sinks, the other with a combined shower/tub, both with heated floors.

Nearby attractions: Beaches are a 5 minute drive from the house, and include Ski Beach, Incline beach and Burnt Cedar beach. Guests will be allowed access to the beaches, but will need to pay entrance fees of $12/adult and $4/child ages 6-17.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort - 5 minute drive

Mt Rose Ski Resort - 15 minutes away

Northstar Ski Resort - 25 minutes

Squaw Valley - 35 minutes

Heavenly Valley - 40 minutes

Incline Village has two golf courses: one Championship course and the 'mountain' course. Both are within a 5 minute drive from the house.

Wonderful winter adventure

3 families brought our young kids up to learn how to ski and carry on the skiing winter traditions. I cannot think of a better place to stay than here. Was a warm inviting home with lots of space and activities. The views were a wonderful way to wake up and go to bed. The beds and linens were some of the best I've slept in. Was nice to have the bunk room for the kids and the adults could enjoy the bar and pool table. The only negative I can think of was the small refrigerator in the bar was locked, so we could not keep beverages cold downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here it is a good location, great views and truely is a luxury home. I will be looking to stay here in the future.

Unbelievable Tahoe Vacation

This place is amazing, the pictures honestly DO NOT do it justice. We went up with a few friends and everyone wants to make sure we stay here next time we come back. We arrived at night and were in awe of the place; TV's in more rooms than we needed, a nice pool table in flawless condition, a bar to pretend to be a bartender behind, and a huge kitchen. Needless to say when we woke up and saw the view of the lake for the first time we all fell in love with the place. Hope to be back soon!

The perfect Lake Tahoe home!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family group of 12. My 90 year old mom enjoyed her plush bedroom on the main level with cable TV and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. She was content in her nice quarters while we were off hiking or at the beach. My grandchildren loved learning to play pool and chess. (The game closet is well stocked.) There are also 2 large TVs which come with kids' movies and video games. My daughter and I love to cook and found the large kitchen very well equipped with every utensil imaginable. (Safeway is a 10 minute ride away.) There was plenty of seating at mealtime for all of us. We especially enjoyed eating out on the huge deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. We took advantage of the gas grill a couple of nights. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, well-designed to take advantage of the gorgeous setting, and was everything described in the listing. We would definitely like to come back here again!

Wonderful house

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with 2 other couples and really enjoyed this house. The owners were pleasant and helpful and the house help every ammentity we could ask for. During the day we hiked locally and took our bikes out for long rides, in the evenings we grilled and enjoyed the beautiful lake views and pool table. The house is a quick drive to the lake beach, shops / grocery store and no shortage of restaraunts. We also went to the Hyatt Hotel to play in the casino Saturday night which was only a 7 minute drive away.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I cannot recommend this lovely house more highly. Gorgeous views, a thoughtfully built and decorated house, spacious and perfect for families but also for friends and family groups as well since there are 5 bedrooms. Beautiful bathrooms, loved the downstairs shower and my bed was plush and comfortable. The house is also very clean and beautifully maintained. I had an occasion to talk once with the owner who was also just lovely. It's a good choice for Tahoe/Incline Village. Loved our little vacation!
