Unit Needs TLC! BYO Everything....and febreze. Great View on a positive note.
Rented through vrbo.com. This was managed by Compass Resorts. We walked in and the unit reeked of fish, screen on master torn up, stains all over carpet, dirt on tile, sticky rings on shelves in pantry, food stains running down the stove front and over walls. We enjoy listening to the ocean at night but could not because of the broken screens. Wifi did not work through their provider listed and had to spend a vacation day at Star Bucks to get some work done. The outsourced internet provider did refund our money because we were never able to obtain a connection. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Compass was all talk no follow through to remediate the issues. They finally sent pillowcases after 2 days without any and 2 hot pads. Very pricey for a smelly, dirty, beat up unit. On a positive note, it is spacious with great views. The unit has not been maintained at all and is dirty and outdated. Bring your own everything also...beach towels, hot pads, cookie sheets, pans, pillow cases you name it. Expensive for what you get... Bring Clorox wipes.
