Cozy studio/1 bedroom condo with mountain-theme interior, complete pantry kitchen, complete bathroom and WiFi wireless internet access. Located approximately 1 mile from Pope Beach and Camp Richardson. The unit is bottom floor, non-smoking, and dog friendly with immediate US Forest Service land access to Fallen Leaf Lake and Desolation Wilderness. Located within walking distance (approx 1 mile) to beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bars, grocery, and a variety of shopping (the ''Y''). BlueGo bus stop is directly available providing transportation to South Lake Area including Heavenly Ski Area and Stateline casinos.

Condo unit provides heated pool & hot tub access from May-October. Coin-op laundry machines are available in the building (24 hrs). Unit is naturally gas heated with energy efficient appliances. Condo unit additionally provides an electric fireplace and rustic dimmer wall lights for a cozy cabin ambiance.

Located in a quiet neighborhood that is also pet friendly. Unit also provides a bike rack that accommodates up to 4 bikes (locks and cables not provided). Cleaning service uses eco-friendly products.

My husband and I rented the condo for the 2012-2013 Winter season and the place was wonderful. The unit has everything that you could need and the owner, Jeff, is amazing to work with. He is responsive and wants to make everything perfect for you. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has anything and everything that you could need for an extended stay. The location is great for 2 Thai restaurants, Italian choices and the Raley's grocery store is right down the street. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this condo!

Quick Weekend Getaway

What a great place! This was a quick spur-of-the-moment getaway with my teenage daughter. It was the perfect place with one very comfy bed and a great full size comfy futon for my daughter. The rustic look is very cabin-feeling with all the comforts of home. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Thanks for being so accommodating with the last minute arrangements. So glad it was available. We will be back.

My husband & I were able to bring our dog Maya with us to stay here. It was perfect! Clean, well maintained, close to the Lake, and a quiet relaxing place! Will definitely consider a stay at this condo again!! Owners were easy to deal with & even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy!

This condo is wonderful! Great location, sweet wooded complex, very clean pool/hot tub. The condo is small, but the owners have done a wonderful job of making it warm, cozy and functional. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable bed and futon, great tv/stereo. So quiet and relaxing, and very clean. And we loved that we could have our sweet 4-legged friend with us! We will definitely stay there again when we travel to south shore. Very nice and helpful owners---a great experience!
