Why Cindy chose Captiva Island
We vacationed in Captiva before and fell in love with the overall ease and simplicity to the Island. When we came back a second time, we knew we wanted to buy and share the opportunity that we have so enjoyed.
What makes this villa unique
The simplicity and ease of Captiva is worth noting. Everything is within walking distance, if you're not into walking, there are bike rentals avaialble as well. When you go to the beach, all activities are available within a short walk. We have enjoyed nightly walks on the beach watching the sun dip beneath the depths of the ocean followed by ice cream cones at La-Tee-Da's. The marine life is amazing to say the least We have experienced how mollusks move, to seeing big crabs in conch shells, dolphins, stingrays, jellyfish, and even manatees. Where else can you go in the lower 50 states and encounter all this wonderful marine life in one day!
Guestbook comments from the owner
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us for our family vacation. We enjoyed it so much and have many memories from our time spent there. My favorite features were the spacious, well equipped kitchen where we enjoyed fresh seafood from the ocean and mangos found right outside of the villa. I loved the tile floors, custom architectural details, and high end furnishings. I also loved the lanai area, such a peaceful place to relax and unwind. My daughter loved her very own walk in closet and bathroom. My son and daughter squabbled a bit over that bedroom, but my daughter who once asked us to extend the end of our house so that she could have a walk in closet eventually won out. The wagon equipped with all of the beach essentials was a definite plus when going to the beach. The beach access was wonderful, almost like having our own private beach. I also appreciated the landscaping and ongoing maintenance that the property receives. One of my favorite memories was painting with my children in the outside lanai area while watching the cute lizards scurry around. All of fans and trees in the lanai area provided a cool place to be outdoors in the summer sun. We look forward to a future visit someday. We thank you again
