This dream condominium is located in the heart of the Angel Fire ski resort area. Our two bedroom, two bath condo is located one block from the ski lifts, in the Racquet Club Commons Condominiums. It will sleep 6 in beds and 2 additional.
LOCATION makes it extremely accessible to the slopes, and it is an easy walk back and forth for lunch, or maybe a mid afternoon nap!!! A short 5 minute walk gets you to the high speed “Chili Express” lift and up to the top of the mountain. The Angel Fire ski area is extremely family friendly with ski/snowboarding schools, tubing, NIGHT SKIING/BOARDING and a variety of runs to accommodate the beginners to the most advanced and adventurous of skiers. This ski resort also has more than one terrain park for the snowboarders of the group. Ski/snowboard rentals are available at a variety of locations in the resort area. Cross country skiers and snow shoe enthusiasts can enjoy a number of trails with different experience levels.
If you have never been to Angel Fire, you are in for a real treat. Situated at 8,600 feet, the climate is perfect. The temperatures are mild enough to ski comfortably in the winter/spring and yet cool enough in the summer months to enjoy being outside as much as you like. Angel Fire rarely sees temperatures above 80 degrees so there is no need for air conditioning, just open a couple of windows and let the clean, fresh air in.

In the off season from skiing, Angel Fire often plays host to X-games style mountain biking competitions. The average mountain biker can take their bikes up the lift and ride down the mountain on hundreds of bike trails. This coupled with multiple art festivals, concerts and a local population that loves to see people come to the valley makes Angel Fire the perfect getaway for the entire family.
If you like fishing, this is the place to be. Eagle Nest lake is about five miles away and is full of trout, Kokanee Salmon, yellow perch and even a few unwelcome pike. If you prefer streams, drive about five more miles and fish for trout in the Cimarron River or head 25 minutes over to Taos to fish one of the many streams in that region or take in some White Water Rafting!
Conveniently located; Angel Fire is 15 hours from Phoenix, 10 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth, 10 from Oklahoma City, 6 from Lubbock, 6 hours from El Paso, 5 from Amarillo or Denver and 3 from Albuquerque. Fly into Albuquerque and enjoy the scenic drive up to Angel Fire!
No matter the season; summer, winter, spring or fall, another thing you can always count on at Angel Fire is GREAT VIEWS and TREMENDOUS AMOUNTS OF WILDLIFE. The views and sunsets are truly spectacular. As for the wildlife, it is not uncommon to see several hundred elk and a few herds of mule deer as you make a quick drive around Angel Fire. You might even catch a glimpse of a black bear, mountain lion or bobcat. Bald Eagles, Hawks and other birds of prey are also common in the area, especially around Eagle Nest Lake.
