House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 7-8)

Gorgeous,three bedroom/two and-a-half bath home on the eleventh tee of the Ridge Golf Course at Eagle Crest Resort. Open floor plan with a gourmet granite and stainless kitchen, two stone fireplaces, formal dining room, breakfast nook, eating bar, media/recreation room with wet bar, pool table, big screen TV, magnificent views and upstairs deck overlooking the golf course, gorgeous master suite with double vanity, soaking tub and huge travertine shower.

Two queen beds, three twin beds and one futon. Enjoy all Eagle Crest has to offer in beautiful central Oregon: miles of hiking/biking trails, three sports centers, four pools, three golf courses, a live turf putting course, children's activities, and full-service spa. Nearby you will find fishing, downhill or cross-country skiing, rafting the Deschutes River, hiking Deschutes or Ochoco National Forests, climbing at Smith Rock, or just shopping in Bend, Redmond or Sisters.

No smoking or pets please.

About The Owner

We built this home for our family to enjoy and as our retirement spot. The center log was fell on my brother's property in Bridal Veil and carved by a friend in Idaho and trucked to Central Oregon, then we biult the house around it. We are sure you'll enjoy the original carvings in the house, the 19' vaulted knotty pine ceilings and and the coolness of the waterfall in the warm dessert.

Why The Owner chose Eagle Crest

We orinally bought this lot in 1996 just as the course was opening and our kids were growing, in addition to the golf we enjoy the many family activites available at Eagle crest and occasionally spoil ourselves with spa visits.

What makes this house unique

IN addition to surrond sound inside and out, there is a bigscreen TV upstairs in the party room perfect for gaming teens. Please bring your gaming system with you. The second bedroom ceiling is painted with a starscape the you can gaze at as you fall asleep. I only recently discover the chipping green just around the corner from our tee box.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our second time to stay at the house on Phoebe court - it is a beautiful spacious home and the location is perfect for lots of day trips to Smith Rock, Sisters, Bend, et cetera. My only disappointment was the horse ride - walking and dusty for an hour. Pretty boring. Even though their website promised that we would have a chance to really ride. Other than that, it was awesome.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Great Place to Stay Again

My family and I (6 people) have stayed for a week at this house for the past 4 years. We love it everytime. The house is great - very comfortable and well maintained. My kids love the pool table upstairs. We love coming back every summer and can't wait to stay here next year. I recommend it to all our friends.

We just enjoyed our second visit to this wonderful home. It was just as good as the first visit. The home is just extremely welcoming and we feel like we are "home" when we stay there. We highly recommend it to anyone!
