Ski In / Ski Out Details:: Enjoy Ski In / Ski Out convenience in Breckenridge (and 15-20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper)! A few minutes Ski through forest/trees to a Green Run to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver 6 chair high speed lift). Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black Doublejack Run and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees; Ski back to townhome is dependant on Peak 10 Falcon Lift being open/running. We love to alpine ski, telemark ski, mountain bike, and run. Breckenridge is a great location to do all of our favorite activities. We also enjoy our time as a family in Breckenridge, our two kids (ages 7 and 4) love to spend time enjoying the outdoors and the town of Breckenridge.

Regina purchased this townhome in 2009

Privacy, Quiet, Private Hot Tub, and Ski In / Ski out. Great trail access for snowshoeing or back country skiing. We also love the deck, bright sunny interior, and views.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND WANT IN A SKIING CONDO

I don't know where to begin with this condo, it was such a lucky find for us. First of all, if you're here for the skiing, you can't beat the ski-in ski-out (for the price). It takes a few minutes to get to the base of Peak 9 and Beaver Run chairlift, but you can easily get first tracks if you want to. Trust me, it beats having to drive into town every day (that Breck traffic is awful!), and it lets your group split up and go in early for the day if they want to.

The condo itself is in great condition. The washer and dryer are awesome and very handy to have, and the hot tub is really nice too. The master bed is wonderful, and the rest of our group reported that all of the other beds are nice too. All told, this place easily sleeps 10 adults in 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, knives, can openers, bottle openers, you name it. We were able to cook dinners just like we were home during the trip.

I really have only good things to say about this place. If you have any questions, the owners were very prompt in responding to me, and my deposit was returned within a few days of us checking out (which is a great turn-around time). The only minor downside of this condo was that the garage was hard to pull into, since the snow had built up on the driveway. So your Escalade probably won't fit inside, but a smaller crossover vehicle will. That's the only time I'll ever complain about having too much snow!

All told, this was a great place for us. If you've got a large family or a big group of friends and you want the best deal in Breck, then this place can't be beat.

EXCELLENT SPACIOUS CONDO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!!

We can not rave about this condo enough! We have stayed in Breck a number of times throughout the years and this condo is by far our favorite - winter or summer! We love the ski-in/ski-out access without the noise of other properties. We have kids who love to play in the back yard in the winter and ride their bikes in the front during the summer. Because of the location that is tucked away from any traffic concerns, we never have to worry about them playing outside.
The last time we stayed at this property the owner had recently completed some wonderful renovations, which inspired this write-up! The new furniture and colors make for a warm, inviting and comfortable place to recharge after a day of play in the mountains. And there seems to be no better place to recharge than the wonderful hot-tub! (complete with underwater adjustable lighting)
On the more practical side: the kitchen is thoroughly equipped and we have served a group of 10 before when our friends dropped by for the evening; there is plenty of space to let the kids play indoors while the adults also get their space; we found the pull out couch to be very comfortable (we even have one couple of friends that calls "dibs" on it when we stay here together); this condo easily accommodates two families without feeling cramped or in each others way; the beds are well furnished with linens and comfortable pillow options; internet instructions are easy to follow to connect to wi-fi; there is a DVD player for those recovery days in, or to distract the kids with a movie while dinner is prepared; there are also some "on-hand" children's movies, books, and games so you don't have to pack it in your luggage.
The final statement that really needs to be included to complete any review on this property is the friendliness and responsiveness of the owners. Chris and Regina are clearly in love with their condo and take great pleasure in sharing this gem with others. Any time we have had a question during trip planning or after arrival, they have been completely accommodating and forthright with their expert knowledge of the local area.
We love this condo and give it the highest recommendation!

WEEKEND GET AWAY!

Our family(9) including 3 children (7,4,1) spent a weekend at this condo. The condo was great - plenty of room, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, beds, 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath. Everything was as advertised. The property was clean and in good order. Regina was very nice to work with ~ she answered all our questions. The only downside and really not a deal breaker was the location is 2 -3 miles from downtown. We drove to downtown and had a great time walking and shopping - we even enjoyed a beer at the Gold Mine. IF you are a skier, you have a primo location as the ski area is very close!
Our family would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in Breck!
