Being able to drive in to the private gated off section and parking right by your elevator that takes you right up to your unit, is a nice feature. Then in the morning, to be able to take the elevator down to the village level and put on your boots and grab your skis from your adjacent ski locker and just walk 50 feet to the Elk Camp Gondola is the best.
Note: Captiol 2A is the best building to be in at Capitol Peak, it right between the Elk Camp Gondola and the 6 person chairlift. The other buildings at Capitol Peak are farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. *** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these newly built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.
