THE STUDIO, OVERLOOKING THE PACIFIC, CON CON, CHILE

The apartment is part of a greater complex of five existing apartments called Con Con Bay. There is a manager and maintenance man close at hand. The three apartments at Santa Laura 581 have access to the pool area. There is a washer and dryer on the property. There is a small fee for use. There is one fenced in parking spot for each apartment. In the common area there live two dogs and one cat. They are very friendly and many guests become very attached to the dogs.

Con Con has been a small fishing village since it's foundation in 1542. It has grown in the past years to become a small city yet it still maintains it's small town attitude and style in most areas. There are many possibilities for practicing different sports or going on different outings. Due to it's location it has access to the whole coast, the inland agricultural sector, and the Coastal and Andes Mountains. All within a days reach or less.

We are close to two major wine growing areas. The Casablanca Valley and the Aconcagua Valley. Casablanca has numerous wineries and restaurants for tasting and grommet food.

There are a tremendous amount of restaurants in Con Con from which to chose. Being a coastal town the majority of restaurants specialize in seafood. Con Con is 20 min to half hour from Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso is on the other side of Vina, making it an easy trip into either one of those big cities either by car or bus.
