House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-8)

This incredibly charming, historic and beautifully furnished 1920 bungalow house is as close to downtown as possible. Over 2100 s/f of living space with a fenced in back yard. You are walking distance to Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta and very close to Little 5 Points, Virginia Highlands, Piedmont Park, Kirkwood, Oakhurst and Inman Park. Turner Field and the Atlanta Braves is less than 1 mile away. Also close by are Phillips Arena, Georgia Aquarium, AmericasMart, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Georgia Dome - all within 5 minutes driving.

Shops and restaurants along with fantastic nightlife abound very nearby - Thai Sushi, The Glenwood, The Graveyard, Gravity Bar, Midway Sports Bar, The Flatiron, The Earl (voted Best Burger in ATL 6 years in a row) rock venue, East Side Lounge (nightclub), Grant Central Pizza, Blue Frog Mexican Cantina, Holy Taco Mexican Cantina, Spoon Thai, Little Azios Pizza and Pasta, Mary's, My Sister's Room, Chazz Southern Kitchen and just around the corner - Six Feet Under seafood, AGAVE famous eclectic southwestern eatery and tequila bar, Tin Lizzies Cantina, Doc Chey's Noodle House, Ria's Bluebird breakfast and lunch. Stay in this 3/2 historic home in the hottest intown neighborhood ? in historic Grant Park.

Deposits: Damage Deposit $300, Pets require $250 deposit, of which $200 is refundable ($50 pet fee for first dog, $25 for each additional)

Cancellation and refund policy: You must give 14 days advance notice (starting at midnight, not arrival time) to receive 100% refund minus $20 to cover CC costs, and 7 days advance notice (starting at midnight, not arrival time) to receive 50% refund. The reason is once booked, we mark the calendar as booked and it is very hard to book another party within 7 days. Bookings must be paid in full within 30 days, 50% due at time of booking if more than 30 days out. A contract must be returned signed, along with a scan of renter's ID. $300 DEPOSIT. Special Gatherings, Parties, and other types of ceremony require a special contract and can incur additional charges.

PET OWNERS - Bring dog beds and kennels for your furry family members. Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED on furniture.

Please be aware of this and be prepared to cover couches with drop cloths or sheets.

Terrific House and Location

Our family of four visited Atlanta to attend the NCAA Final Four bball tournament and this house was the perfect location for our stay. It is nicely appointed and had all of the amenities required for us to make breakfast and keep snacks and drinks on hand. It also allowed us space to spread out so that we could use our downtime when not touring to relax, nap and get ready for the late bbal evenings. We drove everywhere and found it very convenient to downtown. We also fell in love with Ziba restaurant around the corner. Fabulous cocktails and great food, and VERY kid friendly. We would definintely recommend 648 House!!

This place was very nice and very vintage! It catered to our every needs and wants. We liked how we were so close to everything, which was a plus because we came all the way from California. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, this place was amazing! When we come back, we are definitely staying here again!

Wonderful cottage in a quaint neighborhood that is much nicer than a hotel. Very close to Atlantic Station and other Atlanta tourist attractions. Loved the Stone Soup kitchen down the road. The home is clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The beds were nice and the kitchen fully stocked.

Such a sweet home

This was a business trip, there were 6 of us. The accommodations were perfect. This house is so sweet and every detail thought out perfectly. I'm so glad we chose this house and we will again in the future. Also the neighborhood was great, nice quiet beautiful tree lined street. We felt very safe. Thanks again for the great house.

Amazing!

My Husband, baby and I stayed at this beautiful home for 5 nights while visiting from Australia. We had a wonderful time here.Staying here was the best part of our trip. It had eveything anyone could need. And the entire place spotless! You would never know pets were ever here. The baby had lots of room to crawl around on the floor and we made use of the beautiful old highchair and porta cot. Kitchen is great and stocked with everythig, we cooked dinner and breakfast every day. Lots of soft towles and facewashers. Nice big washer and dryer. We never ran low on anything. Parking was never a problem, always a space right out front. Lovely friendly neighbours. Park close by for taking baby on afternoon walks. I just cant say enough good things about this house. If you stay here you will be spoilt! And for all you Walking Dead fans, there is AMC! Thank you so much! If we are ever over your way we would love to stay again.
