Our family of eight adults and seven children stayed at this great beach house for a week. The living area was very open and we never felt crowded. The kitchen had all we needed plus some. No one lacked for a place to sit or eat. The deck is huge and the double lounger was well used. The view from the deck was beautiful. Even though our grandchildren are young, five of the seven stayed in the bunk room and LOVED it. When not on the beach, which was easy to access, they watched movies or just played up there. The upstair area is huge and even though you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bunk room, it worked out well with the parents of the two youngest sleeping there. Since that daughter was a kindergarden teacher, she kept all the children in line and bed or rest time was never a problem:-)
There is a huge concrete area under the house and driveway where the children rode bikes, scooters and created chalk art. We even had a game of kickball on the driveway. Since there is only one road through the neighborhood, it was safe for the older children and adults to ride bikes.
In the city, the children enjoyed the water park, train museum, Pleasure Pier ( carnival like rides, restaurant and gift shop), the old sailing ship Elissa, docked at the port and the ladies, of course, loved shopping on the Strand. We all loved the seafood restaurants.
Minh was very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house, especially for families.
We will be returning!
