Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Escape to the mountains at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo in charming Burnsville. Dogs are welcome!! This condo is fully furnished and provides all of the comforts from home. The home is located in the gated community of Mountain Air and is very private. Relax on the porch and enjoy this area even when it is raining or snowing. Condo has phantom screen doors to enjoy the weather outside without worrying about bugs getting inside. The condo is very accessible with 3 terraced stairs from the parking lot. There are three TVs all with DVD players, Wifi, Playstation 3 and long distance phone included in the price. Great views from the condo and amazing views from the top of the mountain. Hiking trails are available for access within the neighborhood even a few just steps from the condo. Relaxing parks are available for use throughout the mountain.

Two bedrooms:

Master Suite with King Size bed, side tables, access to the porch, flat screen TV with DVD Player.A double sink bathroom with clawfoot tub and separate stand up shower. Shampoo and Soap provided.

Second Bedroom with a double size bed, TV and DVD player. Bathroom with tub/shower combo and single sink.

Living room open to Kitchen and Dining room. Comfortable couches to relax on. Kitchen has everything you should expect from your home kitchen including Coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils and storage containers.

Large Orvis Therapudic Dog Bed, Dog Bowls Available. Large Dog Collar (orange hunting color) with Condo Address available for use.

Skiing in the winter is near by at Wolf Ridge. Hiking at Linville Falls, Crabtree Falls, and Mt Mitchell and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway are less than an hour drive. Great fly fishing can be found around Burnsville and Spruce Pine area. Golf Courses are located nearby at Mt Mitchell Golf Course and Grassy Creek Gol

Lovely unit, great view and so well equipped!

You will not be disappointed with this condo--first, the construction quality is first rate and the owners have taken care to furnish and decorate tastefully and in keeping with the mountain setting and beautiful views. This middle unit also has few steps so easy to bring luggage in and out, etc. I would definitely consider a return trip, this time bringing my dog as the owners are obviously dog lovers and the home is pet friendly without being "pet worn." Great trails all over the mountain for hiking/walking and an easy drive to Asheville area attractions/shopping.

A Relaxing Two Day Getaway

You couldn't ask for a more homey and comfy atmosphere! The condo was very clean and it was so nice to have access to little extras like coffee, spices and shampoo. The best part: the view! Such a beautiful and breathtaking view of the mountains from the deck. You just can't help but feel relaxed.

We enjoyed taking the short drive into Asheville. It's such a cute and eclectic town with fun shops and a wide array of restaurants. We had the lunch buffet at Mela. Great Indian cuisine! We didn't have much time to check out Burnsville, but had a tasty dinner at In the Garden Cafe.

This rental is highly recommended! My husband and I hope to return for another getaway someday.
